Clearing the past for a brighter healthier future!

Mind-body & Energy Medicine

Clearing the past for a brighter healthier future!

Healing is about treating the person who has the disease, not merely about addressing the disease the person has. Spiritual healing brings about the easing of symptoms, the removal of blocks in energetic flows, the retrieval of repressed memories of emotional hurts, improvements in many illnesses, improvements in relationships, success, joy, and an opening into spiritual awareness. All of these may be achieved with no more than the laying-on of hands, with meridian tapping, Neurolinguistic, Hypnosis, Nutrition and mentoring.

Neurologist, Dr. Sigmund Freud, later father of Psychology and his medical colleagues knew very well as they wrote clearly in their practical medical books, that the source of every symptom in the body has a Subconscious Emotional pattern associated with. When that emotional pattern is triggered the body responded with a biochemical chain reaction – sending red flags to pay attention – yet this knowledge was disregarded by later medical schools and with the frenzy of developing drugs. It became in the habits to suppress symptoms with medications, therefore people lost the connection with their own internal communication.

Today we have so many people completely numbed physically and emotionally by psychotic drugs such as anti-depressants (Zoloft) and most suffered childhood traumas- http://bit.ly/7oC4aY. Unfortunately, there are now cases of them developing severe anxiety and panic attack after many years of using these drugs.

My experience grew as I worked with many people, mostly women who came to me for various reasons/symptoms/conditions, such as self-sabotaging habits, fear of success/failure, overweight, eating disorders, anxiety, depression, stress, addictions, insomnia, physical pain, anger, allergies, bad relationships, poor success etc…

These clients were victims of some form of abuse in the first 8 years of their life, or later traumas and most had years of “talk therapy”. Yet, they were unable to process the feelings/emotions associated with these memories. Suppressed memories manifested in their body as physical illnesses on top of a lack of confidence and self-love, unworthiness, fears, sense of failure, or angry behavior… Someone had to make the connection and this is why I excel in psycho-neuro-immunology.

In essence, spiritual healing is a holistic/whole-istic therapy. In my own practice of Neuro-linguistic–hypnosis-Energy therapy, nutrition, coaching combined with spiritual healing I find that the healing facilitates the retrieval of emotional traumas underlying physical and emotional problems, and limited beliefs. I help people to process the emotional traumas uncovered and released through healing by providing a new vibrational level of Energy. Often, and after completion of the healing process, my clients undergo coaching to support them rediscovering a sense of purpose or a passion in life. My personal belief is that this combination of cognitive, energetic, mentorship and spiritual elements offers a new paradigm for healing in this 21st century.

Bottom line, I help create a New healthier and happier person – if you are stuck, have poor relationships, unfulfilling or unsuccessful businesses, not reaching goals, consider giving me a call! You have not tried everything until you try everything ~

Moving you Far and Beyond!

Going with a Heart And Healing it!

Why would our most superb organ first to develop by the fetus simply stop working only after few decades?

Western medicine typically attributes heart conditions to an array of physical and lifestyles factors, ranging from cholesterol and diet to environmental toxins and stress. While these may be accurate on a purely chemical level, they do little to address the actual reason why heart condition exists. What does “Failure of the heart” really means? Maybe it’s no coincidence that lifestyle factors are linked to human emotion.
Is there something that we “feel” over the course of our life that can lead to the catastrophic failure of this organ? The answer is YES~

There is a growing body evidence in modern medicine, Quantum Physic and from leading-edge researchers suggests that ”hurts” cause the failure of our heart, specifically, the unresolved negatives feelings that underline chronic hurt- our beliefs- have the power to create the physical conditions that we recognize as cardio-vascular disease: tension, inflammation, high blood pressure, and clogged arteries. Yet, these findings are not new to Traditional Chinese Medicine –

About 5,000 years ago, the Chinese discovered a complex system of energy circuits that run throughout the body called Meridians (Acupuncture) from observations of life-styles, environment and nutrition. Eastern philosophy is about UNITY of mind and body. Chinese medicine has associated “Emotions” to each organ and system, and regard the physical body as one Unified Field of Energy.

James Blummenthal recently documented this mind/body relation at Duke University, and Tim Laurence at the Offman institute in England. Both describe the potential impact of our failure to heal and forgive old hurts and disappointments. Blummenthal conducted a number of studies that show that physical conditions of anger and tension can lead to BP, headaches, lowered immune system, stomach and digestive problems and finally heart attacks. On his own words: “Perhaps when people talk about dying from a broken heart, they are really saying that intense emotional reactions to loss and disappointments can cause a fatal heart attack”.

It is time to accept that our human body is a Whole Energy System, mind-body-soul interacting within a Quantum Consciousness.

Why we are who we are, and why we feel stuck!

Psycho-neuro-immunology

Why are you who we are? why do you feel stuck?

Have you been struggling with feeling unfulfilled, fearful, anxious, angry, stuck, overwhelmed, unfocused, and too often physically sick? You got these great “Tips” on “How to Do” to move you forward and yet these feelings keep coming back impairing your success! Probably emotional “Engram” at cause – Don’t ignore them, they are the why you are NOT moving!

Biological sedimentation is the pilling of layers of events, incidents, traumas, injuries, infections, pain, pathology, anger, fears, shocks… and “Engram” is the other term for an embedded trauma, painful incident or violent event and any negative verbal abuses.

The body stores these layers in its memory bank in the Subconscious affecting current level of health: structural (spine-bones), biochemical (body fluids- cells- organs), mental (neuro-connection-negative self-talk), emotional (negative feelings) and spiritual layer (lack of trust-Disbelief/loss of faith).

These “Engram” mix with negative self-talk, thoughts, feelings and emotions create Neuropetides with receptors in the brain. Dr. Candice Pert* called this process “emotions and mind-body communication”. These Neuro-pathways are reinforced each time similar events occur.
The responsibility of the Ego-mind is to create situation and events that will match-up our needs for our “dominant feeling” in the brain – and to satisfy these receptors with neuropeptides – Each time more and more is demanded! Now you have become “addicted” to your negative emotions!

One of the most common Ego-mind strategy or defense mechanism is “Food Addiction” to suppress negative feelings from the very negative events it has attracted in the first place – Quite complex and self-defeated you might say! Well this is why you can’t do it yourself and should seeck out help from an trained professional in this field of Psycho-neuro-immunology. I offer some of the best modalities, Meridian Therapy – Hypnosis- Neurolinguistic Programming, Energy Medicine and Aromatherapy.

Please join the many people that have found health, joy and balance in their life again from releasing their embedded self-limitation – Call me today!

*Dr. Candace Pert’s over 25 years interest and research into neuropeptide receptors in the brain and later, the immune system provided a biochemical basis for interdependent communication between mind and body and contributed to the emergence of the field of psychoneuroimmunology.
